Directive on the Re-use of Public Sector Information
The EU Directive on the Reuse of Public Sector Information (PSI) came into effect in the UK in July 2005. It requires FoI authorities and other 'public bodies' to license re-use of their information. This Socitm Consulting briefing explains the issues and actions required.
