Jenny Brogden
Jenny Brogden has extensive experience in service delivery and community development, researching local needs, implementing and evaluating projects and developing specialist training and mentoring programmes. Formerly a Vice-Principal of an Adult Education College, her expertise focuses on the electronic delivery of services and information, social exclusion and the use of ICT in sustainable economic development planning.
