Keith Harman
Keith Harman is a senior telecommunications consultant with over 30 years direct experience in the telecommunications, IT and ICT sectors. His consulting experience includes the development of VoIP migration strategies, full business cases for a local authority initiative to improve citizen access to e-services in rural areas and the development of a convergence strategy for a social housing group. His engineering experience includes the design, development and implementation of pan-European broadband networks, the detailed analysis of telecoms and data traffic and the development and implementation of Internet based voice services. Prior to establishing his own consultancy business in 2000 Keith held senior managerial positions in a number of international telecommunications companies including Cable & Wireless and GTS.
