Formerly Head of ICT for Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and interim Systems Centre Manager for Warwickshire County Council, his expertise focuses on strategic development and review, systems implementation, ICT service delivery, coaching and mentoring, and major change management. A past President of Socitm, he founded its influential Information Age Government Group (SIAG).
