Formerly Head of ICT for Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and interim Systems Centre Manager for Warwickshire County Council, his expertise focuses on skills management, strategic development and review, systems implementation, ICT service delivery, coaching and mentoring and major change management. A past President of Socitm, he recently directed and managed Socitm Learning.
