Neil Spencer-Jones

Neil Spencer-Jones has an outstanding record in senior management and consultancy in the public and private sectors.

Formerly Head of ICT for the Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery, a manager at BT, and Managing Consultant of NCC Group Ltd, his expertise includes strategic development, e-government, procurement including PFI and PPP, large systems implementation and networks and telecoms. He is a regular speaker at conferences and has appeared on national TV and Radio. He is currently Principal Consultant for Socitm Consulting and a fellow of the Institute of BioMedical Science.
