E-enablement and Integration

Achieving IEG targets was and is not an end in itself. As e-government take-up increases and the organisation and its customers get to grips with the reality of electronic interaction, service systems and business processes need to evolve and develop continually to optimise the customer experience and maximise efficiency gains.
